Well, we finally agreed on a price! We are so excited about out possible new HOME! We still have a few hurdles to go through. The next step is the home inspection. My great dad is coming up to do it so we know that it is as thorough as it could be. Be sure to check back and see some new pics of the house and our process! We hope to close on April 28th.

Our First Offer!

Well, we finally made our first offer. We decided on a house in The Estates. It is a gorgeous 4 br/2.5 ba Josh and I feel like we made a reasonable offer, but only time will tell if the seller also thinks it's is a reasonable offer. Here are a few pictures from yesterday.
