Our first camping trip!!

This past weekend we went camping. We were supposed to go to Cheaha State Park to do some primitive camping; however, after talking with the parents, they talked us into staying in a campground, which is probably a better choice for our first time camping. We went to Miller's Ferry with Bella and my parents. It was a great place to go fishing, ride bikes, and just overall relax, which is just what I needed.

Bella, LOVED it! As you will see in pictures below, she loved swimming, trying to fish (which wasn't any help to anyone actually fishing) and she finally went for a bike ride.

Sleeping in our tent was quite interesting! We fit nice and snug, with Bella. Thanks to Ash and Jon for the great wedding present!!

Overall, we had a great trip. We learned a lot and have a long list of things to add to our camping gear, including a waffle pad!!

Gone Fishing

Josh caught this fish on my pink rod and reel and pink lure! I was so mad that he used my reel and caught the only fish on it!! He is so proud about that monster of a fish and that great lure he used!

This was a constant sight. It looks like she has a monster fish, but she really has a monster limb. We were all scared that we were going to end up with a hook in one of our limbs.
