Our First Offer!

Well, we finally made our first offer. We decided on a house in The Estates. It is a gorgeous 4 br/2.5 ba Josh and I feel like we made a reasonable offer, but only time will tell if the seller also thinks it's is a reasonable offer. Here are a few pictures from yesterday.
